Zinc alloy wine bottle cap is a kind of die casting with zinc as the main component. There is a very dense surface layer on the surface of the die casting, and inside it is an open porous structure and a lively amphoteric metal. Therefore, only by adopting proper pretreatment method and electroplating process can we ensure that the electrodeposited coating of zinc alloy wine bottle cap has good adhesion, comparable to the exquisite appearance of art, and meets the requirements of qualified products.

Za4-1 is commonly used as zinc alloy material for electroplating, and its main components are: Aluminum 3.5% ~ 4.5%, copper 0.75% ~ 1.25%, magnesium 0.03% ~ 0.08%, residual zinc, total impurities ≤ 0.2%. The 925 grade zinc alloy has high copper content and is easy to be electroplated. Generally, the density of zinc alloy is 6.4 ~ 6.5 g / cm. If the density is less than 6.4 g / cm, blistering and pitting are easy to occur after electroplating. In short, the selection of materials must be strictly controlled. In addition, die-casting die must be designed reasonably to avoid insurmountable defects (such as pitting) to electroplating.
